1. Scope

These terms apply to all orders placed via our online store at steinharttimepieces.com. By placing an order, you agree to these conditions.

2. Order Process

  • Product displays are non-binding invitations to order.
  • Your order constitutes a binding purchase offer.
  • Order confirmation (via email) finalizes the contract.

3. Prices & Payment

  • All prices include VAT (where applicable).
  • Accepted payment methods: Credit Card, PayPal, Bank Transfer.
  • Orders are processed after full payment clearance.

4. Shipping

  • Delivery times: 3-7 business days (EU), 7-14 days (worldwide).
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
  • Risk transfers to buyer upon handover to carrier.

5. Warranty

  • 24-month legal warranty for defects.
  • Warranty covers material/manufacturing faults only.
  • Excludes damage from misuse or wear.

6. Returns

  • 14-day right of withdrawal (EU customers).
  • Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging.
  • Return shipping costs borne by customer unless faulty.

7. Data Privacy

  • Personal data is processed per GDPR requirements.

8. Governing Law
